LBM - Project 8 SELF PROMOTION
When i was given the self promotion task i made it my aim to
pursue a route which was different than just handing out business cards, i
wanted to take influence from the guerrilla marketing strategies by making my
promotional material high energy and would leave a question in the viewers
mind. So from this point i decided that
i wanted to take previous works of mine and cover the main features or obscure
the image with a logo for myself and a QR code which would take you to the
website/blog that i would create. My
image choices were completely random as i wanted to take a mixture of genres
however when creating my 8 main images i felt that the portraits were stronger
than the other images i chose to do.
After creating my images i printed off copies and placed them around the town where i live, and i awaited the results.
